Well, I've lost 10 weeks since my last posting, and definitely haven't lost 10 pounds. In fact, I'm back where I began. It's still possible to hit my goal...
It's not ideal, but I'll have to lose 1.7 pounds per week to hit my original goal.
Back to the original plan:
a) blog every day!
And here's the rest of the flexible part:
b) 30 minutes exercise per day
c) 2 chicken / 2 fish / 1 homemade pizza / 2 pasta dishes per week
d) 6 nights of veggie and popcorn snacks at night
I'm excited about this week. Blog on!
