Watch out week, here I come!

Well, this week hasn't been stellar.  Not many good choices.  Every day, I found something to add some calories to a day.

Examples:
  • leftover A&W hamburger from a kid that was gone for the week
  • extra hot dog from hot dog day
  • homemade cookies
  • small plate of nachos
  • it's too depressing, I can't list any more!
Luckily, last week, I managed to maintain my weight, but I'm worried this week. 

My goal this week is to blog every night at 9pm.  I think it'll help me to make a plan for the next day.  It worked really well for me in week 1. 

I just hope I didn't undo everything this week.  If so, I guess I just have to start again, with a few less weeks in which to hit my goal.
